Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Systems: Design the high-level architecture for our flagship AI platform, integrating quantum-ready algorithms and next-gen neural networks.
- Roadmap Leadership: Translate business goals into technical strategies for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Technical Oversight: Lead a team of expert engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for distributed systems.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to solve complex scalability challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
