- Lead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-classical systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Optimize quantum circuit performance and reduce qubit error rates to maximize computational efficiency.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for quantum software development within the organization.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quantum computing software development, including proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis.
- Experience deploying quantum workloads on cloud platforms such as IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, or Google Cirq.
- Expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, unit testing, version control).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
