The Role:
You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying machine learning models that power our core products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for high-traffic applications.
- Research and develop novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to meet production standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends to guide the company's 2026 technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
