Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of our flagship AI products, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of the year 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance neural networks optimized for quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Lead the technical strategy for our '2026 Readiness' initiative, identifying emerging tech trends early.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous research and development on novel algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define best practices for data security and privacy in a post-quantum computing era.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on quantum computing or advanced neural networks.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
