The Role: In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies—such as advanced AI, quantum computing, and next-gen connectivity—and integrating them into our core business strategy to ensure Nexus Horizon remains a market leader by 2026. You will work closely with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to build a resilient, scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals, specifically focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to proactively adapt our infrastructure and product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies across all departments.
- Resource Allocation: Lead budget planning for tech acquisitions, talent acquisition, and infrastructure upgrades required for the 2026 transition.
- Innovation Management: Cultivate a culture of innovation within the tech team, encouraging experimentation with bleeding-edge tools and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through major technological transitions.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), AI/ML fundamentals, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are highly preferred.
