Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI and quantum computing solutions for the 2026 product suite.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models using Python, C++, and Rust for high-performance computing environments.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical software engineering applications.
- Oversee code quality, system performance, and security protocols across distributed teams.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex systems under tight deadlines.
