Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Algorithm Development: Develop novel algorithms that leverage quantum principles to solve complex optimization problems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and neural networks to ensure optimal performance on next-gen hardware.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI readiness, specifically focusing on 2026 technological standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes of futuristic interfaces and AI-driven decision systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, specifically regarding GPU/TPU infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
