- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their potential impact on our market position.
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs and internal incubators to prototype future solutions.
- Present strategic vision to C-level executives and board members, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to ensure our strategy remains compliant and competitive.
- Drive the adoption of future-proof methodologies across all departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5-10 year horizons).
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
