Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance MLOps pipelines for scalable AI model deployment.
- Lead the integration of Kubernetes and containerized environments to ensure seamless CI/CD workflows.
- Monitor and optimize model performance in real-time, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready applications.
- Drive the roadmap for infrastructure modernization to support future 2026 technology standards.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or MLOps.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps workflows.
- Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycle, including training, tuning, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on architectural scalability.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment is highly preferred.
