Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and scaling.
- Define and enforce ethical guidelines for AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in all automated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex research into scalable products.
- Conduct high-impact research to identify emerging trends in AI and integrate them into our core technology stack.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-performance computing environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership within the research division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing deep learning models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with strong expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of publishing research papers or patents in the field of AI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
