Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Lead end-to-end AI projects from research to deployment on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model governance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Optimize models for scalability and performance at 10M+ user scale
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous R&D and conference participation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering with proven production deployments
- Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud platforms
- Strong background in NLP or computer vision (CV)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex AI projects with measurable impact
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts
