Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models for next-generation applications.
- Optimize AI inference pipelines to reduce latency and increase throughput in real-time environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging deep learning architectures and transformer models.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization.
- Experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products to market.
