- Lead technical code reviews and mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI products to market.
