Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization for inference speed and model accuracy, ensuring low-latency responses for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to integrate 2026-ready technologies into our stack.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
