What You'll Do:
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models into production environments.
- Drive the technical vision for AI integration across our product suite.
- Optimize neural networks for real-time inference on edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmap priorities for 2026.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all AI implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Implement MLOps pipelines for automated training and deployment.
- Conduct research to identify new algorithms and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
