Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the transition of models from research to production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource consumption.
- Strategic Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and Large Language Models to integrate them into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
