Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead high-level architectural design for scalable, future-proof AI systems.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to anticipate market shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current operations.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for next-generation AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineering staff on strategic technical decisions and long-term vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic planning.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading teams through multi-year digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge computing.
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
