Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 product suite.
- Research and prototype novel AI algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Optimize existing models for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Maintain best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
