Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and AI infrastructure.
- Lead the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI-driven features.
- Optimize models for low latency and high throughput in real-time production environments.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and monitoring in ML pipelines.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
