Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to support high-volume, low-latency applications.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring our models remain state-of-the-art.
- System Optimization: Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for edge and cloud deployments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business features.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models into production environments using CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
