Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architectural strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalable AI solutions.
- Design and implement high-performance deep learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring our stack is future-proof for the 2026 landscape.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs across our distributed cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
