Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, scalable system architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI and quantum-readiness principles.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure best practices across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration and data architecture is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technical projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
