- Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve peak performance.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using advanced quantization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex business workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
