Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Architect to lead our next-generation cognitive computing initiatives. You will be at the forefront of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and scalable machine learning infrastructure.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and ethically sound. You will work alongside world-class researchers and engineers to deploy models that transform user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end ML pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI and Deep Learning models.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed, latency, and cost-efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI capabilities into products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and model versioning.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
