Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into technical AI solutions.
