Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning roadmap with a specific focus on the 2026 technology horizon.
- Lead the architecture and development of advanced predictive models and natural language processing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including generative AI, quantum computing, and edge intelligence.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade machine learning systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
