Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from research to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Ensure data privacy, model robustness, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Drive technical innovation through research papers, patents, and prototype development.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products in a commercial setting.
