Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for our flagship product, focusing on scalability, security, and future-proofing against emerging tech trends.
- Neural System Design: Oversee the development and integration of advanced neural networks and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Design systems that are pre-optimized for the quantum computing leap expected in the coming years.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize codebases for maximum efficiency, ensuring zero-latency performance in global environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior developers and senior leads alike.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-stakes technical projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and natural language processing.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead of current market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
