Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Research emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade ML models.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps and model monitoring tools.
