Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI architectures tailored for high-traffic enterprise environments.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define technical milestones and deliverables for the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize model performance to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high accuracy.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies, including LLMs and reinforcement learning, to integrate into our product suite.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code, adhering to industry best practices and CI/CD standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
