Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures that support complex, multi-modal data processing for the 2026 roadmap.
- Innovation Leadership: Drive the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless interoperability with legacy and emerging cloud infrastructure.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical vision and long-term AI strategy for the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference speeds and training pipelines to ensure real-time responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) is required.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision models.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically within their AI/ML service suites.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
