Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement state-of-the-art LLM architectures using transformer models and deep learning frameworks.
- Inference Optimization: Engineer highly optimized inference pipelines for real-time, high-volume AI applications.
- RAG Pipelines: Build and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, researching novel techniques in Prompt Engineering and Model Fine-tuning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products seamlessly.
- Ethical AI: Implement robust guardrails to ensure responsible AI usage and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
