Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design scalable, fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and architectures capable of solving problems intractable for classical computers.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of quantum machine learning models into production environments to enhance predictive analytics.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging technologies, specifically targeting the roadmap for 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to quantum-resistant frameworks and edge computing networks.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate technical vision into business-critical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA; hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous technical challenges and deliver robust solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
