We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior SEO & Technical Recruiter to join our elite talent acquisition team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between recruitment marketing and technical SEO, ensuring our employer brand dominates search results while optimizing the candidate journey.
As we expand into the 2024 market, we need a visionary who understands how to leverage organic search to attract top-tier engineering and product talent. You will manage our internal job boards, optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for search engines, and drive high-quality traffic to our career pages.
Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy for Recruitment: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy specifically tailored for job boards and career pages to improve visibility for high-value technical roles.
- ATS Optimization: Configure and optimize our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse or Lever) for SEO, ensuring job descriptions are keyword-rich, crawlable, and structured correctly.
- Content Marketing: Create and manage a blog and resource hub focused on career advice, company culture, and industry trends to drive organic traffic.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical audits of our recruitment infrastructure, identify crawl errors, and implement schema markup for job postings.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and organic traffic growth to measure success.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to translate business goals into SEO-friendly job descriptions and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO combined with a background in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- ATS Knowledge: Deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their SEO capabilities.
- Content Strategy: Strong writing skills with the ability to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment funnels.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
