Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed computing architectures for large-scale LLM training and inference.
- Optimize GPU cluster resource allocation to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
- Collaborate with data scientists to build robust MLOps pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of all AI infrastructure components.
- Research and prototype new hardware-software integration techniques for future AI workloads.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems and high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems administration and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust for low-level optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and specialized AI accelerators.
- Strong background in distributed systems theory and parallel computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
