Responsibilities
- Architect strategic AI innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum-entangled AI systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Identify and commercialize breakthrough applications in neuromorphic computing
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Partner with policy bodies to shape AI regulatory frameworks
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and TED-style presentations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML research with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published work in Nature, Science, or IEEE on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative adversarial networks
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations (>$50M ARR impact)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and bias mitigation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
