Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic growth.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and fix site architecture issues, crawl errors, and improve site speed and mobile usability.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and body copy for target keywords.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO efforts by identifying high-quality backlink opportunities and managing outreach campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword performance, traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; provide detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search rankings for major brands.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is a plus.
