Responsibilities
- Architect Exascale Systems: Design and deploy resilient, high-throughput infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and large-scale neural network training.
- Quantum-Ready Roadmap: Lead the strategic integration of quantum computing elements into classical AI pipelines, preparing our architecture for the 2026 technological transition.
- Optimization & Scalability: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using cutting-edge containerization and orchestration tools.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product leads to translate complex research into deployable, production-grade infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, DevOps, or MLOps, with a specific focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch orchestration is essential.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to research and adapt to emerging technologies, specifically those related to AI acceleration and quantum computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
