Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines to support mission-critical 2026 applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment in cloud environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Monitor model performance and accuracy, iterating on solutions to ensure real-world reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven experience designing microservices architectures and managing large-scale data workflows.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to solve current business challenges.
