Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale AI and machine learning pipelines.
- Optimize existing infrastructure to reduce latency and improve computational efficiency for 2026 workloads.
- Implement and enforce best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud security.
- Lead technical strategy discussions and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for critical systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or systems programming.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Go, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong background in distributed systems, data pipelines, and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
