As a key member of our executive technical team, you will bridge the gap between high-level business vision and deep technical implementation, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI solutions.
- Identify emerging AI trends and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience in leading high-performance teams and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
