In this pivotal role, you will define the roadmap for our technology stack leading up to and beyond 2026. You will bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and business strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the digital revolution.
As we look toward the 2026 vision, we need a leader who can anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies. You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering leads to build a resilient, scalable, and future-proof infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and edge computing.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI agents and predictive models into core business processes to drive efficiency and growth.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a research and development team dedicated to exploring next-generation technologies and prototyping future solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, clients, and internal teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for technological disruption.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI architecture, or digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-native architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several years ahead and define long-term technical visions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
