Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on 2026 readiness, prioritizing AI integration and automation.
- Lead the assessment and adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical innovations with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure compliance and responsible innovation.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with future tech implementation, ensuring business continuity.
- Drive a culture of innovation, mentoring junior strategists and fostering technical curiosity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategy role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the future of digital transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
