Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of next-gen AI solutions and autonomous agents.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, quantum computing interfaces) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy compliance in future systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Prototype high-fidelity concepts for futuristic user experiences and validate them with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML engineering, or a related senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and future tech trends.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological disruptions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
