Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of advanced AI and machine learning architectures designed to scale seamlessly into the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision, identifying emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) that will disrupt our industry.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex future requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Innovation Labs: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for experimental technologies, validating their viability before full-scale deployment.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence, mentoring junior architects and developers on future-tech best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies for the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
