Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the development of next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability and integration with emerging quantum computing architectures.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for our core machine learning platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize large language models (LLMs) for real-time inference and edge deployment, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy to ensure responsible deployment of our technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. A strong academic background is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or architectural role leading complex technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. Proficiency in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and make critical technical decisions under pressure with a focus on long-term viability.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to successful deployment.
