Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, scalable AI architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal generative AI into core products.
- Architect quantum-ready data pipelines and encryption standards.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish technical excellence standards.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to validate feasibility and ROI.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and GenAI solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on innovation and team growth.
