Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Autonomous AI Agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning for 2026 standards.
- Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal transformers for high-velocity enterprise environments.
- Design robust data pipelines for synthetic data generation and privacy-preserving machine learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business workflows.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 tech stack.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in large-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience designing scalable machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and diffusion models.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
