- Define the Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to establish the architectural blueprint for the 2026 product roadmap.
- System Design: Architect resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale neural network training.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Implementation: Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines and ensure seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for the 2026 flagship AI release.
- Drive the migration of legacy monolithic systems to microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Establish enterprise-grade security protocols and governance models for AI model lifecycle management.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI) for potential integration.
- Partner with product management to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and drive them to delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
