Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning models for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers to define technical roadmaps and best practices.
- Conduct deep-dive research into cutting-edge AI techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on cost-efficiency and deployment speed.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven experience deploying and serving machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
